      When choosing which smartphone to upgrade to from my basic plan, I was torn between the iPhone (trendy,simple) and the Androids. I have Apple products for other electronics and love them but I was ready for a new system to try. I could not be happier with this product! So many features, smooth system/processes and great service all over Wisconsin. Great phone for students to access email, Facebook, and keep organized!

      Have never had a problem with this phone, except once the camera didn't work for 3 days but then magically came back and has worked ever since. Worth it! Great esponse time when switching apps

      by far the worst phone I have ever had. Going from my galaxy S to this was a downgrade. The menu isnt user friendly everything is overly complicated. If cellcom try to get you to get this phone then they are just trying to con you. Definity returning when get back to green bay

      selection pop ups on phone are black with grey lettering you cant even read!half of incoming calls go strait to voice mail.wanted iphone (never in stock)settled for this and truly regret.

      Dropped the phone after 2 days of having it without a case and the screen shattered. Sent in and got it back 3 weeks later. Got a case and my daughter dropped a week later and it shattered again! I would never get another one.

      I've had the Desire 4g since black Friday and have had no problems at all. Almost zero lag switching applications and solid HTC design and interface. Android 4.0 is huge improvement over 2.3 as far as functionality and responsiveness and the 4g data is unbelievably fast. Huge improvement over the Milestone X2, I will never go back to Motorola.

      I've had the desire since early October. The phone and OS are excellent. I haven't had any issues at all. The excellent graphics quality of the screen is comparable to to iPhone, yet it has all the bells and whistles of Android. Battery lasts two days (typically), but of course depends on how heavily you use it. Plenty of storage space for apps. I tried out 4 phones prior to this one and this one beats them hands down in speed ,stability, screen quality, and battery life. The only thing I wasn't overly impressed with was the Beats Audio-the speakers aren't anything to brag about...they are functional, but the iPhone had much better sound. You definitely won't be disappointed with this phone!

      Got three of the HTC Desire (which is really a rebranded Droid Incredible 4G, if I'm not mistaken) on the Black Friday deal---free. We've been very happy with the device quality, battery life, and 4G coverage in the Fox Valley. I was able to install every app I wanted, with no worries about storage space. The still photos are very high quality. I think it says it has 8mp capability. That's overkill... Haven't toyed with the video capture yet. There is only a very small occasional lag when switching between active apps, and I do mean very small. My one gripe initially was the fact that this doesn't have a physical keyboard. However, I've quickly gotten used to the virtual keyboard. It's legit. I don't hand out great reviews very often, and I've been trying to think of a reason NOT to give this phone a 5-star review. I can't think of one! Would I get this same phone again if mine were lost? Definitely. Props to C-Com for

      Phone does not receive calls and will not show missed calls. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Cellcom has tried to fix this but has not proven successful. Getting an iPhone.

      This is a nice phone but very hard to understand manual. Hopeless tofind apps and widgets that worked on my old HTC Desire. People that sell the phone could care less about anything but the sale however if you call cellcom you will get people that are very familiar and always ready to help with a problem.

      Had the phone a little over a week so far its an excellent phone! Only thing I wish the forward facing camera had a quick button instead of going in setting and could take pics in a darker sitting for light .
