| 1. Can my wireless phone accept downloadable ringtones? |

| Not all phones are capable of downloading ringtones. To determine whether your phone has this capability, visit our BREW page or our ringtones page to see which models are listed. This information will also be listed in the owner's instruction manual that came with the phone. |

| 2. How many ringtones can I download? |
 |
| The number of ringtones that a phone can store varies with each phone manufacturer. Please check the owner's instruction manual that came with the phone. If your phone holds only one ringtone, each newly saved tone cancels any previous tone. Many phones will hold more than one ringtone. |

| 3. How do I download an application to my wireless phone? |

| You must have a BREW-capable phone to be able to download applications such as games or wallpaper. On your phone's menu, select MENU and select BREW or Mobil Web, then use the SELECT button to choose your options. For more information on downloading applications to your phone, please refer to the owner's instruction manual that came with the phone. |

| 4. Can I cancel an application once I have downloaded to my wireless phone? |

Yes. Below are procedures for removing an application from your phone. For further explanation, please contact a Cellcom customer service representative by calling 1-800-236-0055 or 611. (This is a free call from your wireless phone.)
Removing a BREW Application or Cancelling a BREW Subscription
Nokia, LG4400 phones
Go to the main BREW screen (you should see the Mobile Shop icon and the icons for previously-downloaded applications).
Select Mobile Shop
Select Options. You will now see a list of previously-downloaded applications.
Select the application that you would like to remove or cancel.
Select "Remove" (if the application is not a subscription application) or "Cancel" (if the application is a subscription application).
Select "Yes" when the display reads "Are you sure?" The application is now removed.
Motorola, Kyocera, LG3200, Audiovox phones
Go to the main BREW screen (you should see the Mobile Shop icon and the icons for Help and Settings).
Select "Settings".
Select "Manage Apps". You will now see a list of previously-downloaded applications.
Select the application that you would like to remove or cancel.
Select "Remove" (if the application is not a subscription application) or "Cancel" (if the application is a subscription application).
Select "Yes" when the display reads "Are you sure?" The application is now removed.

| 5. My phone stopped working and is in need of repairs. Will I be credited for downloads I paid for? |
 |
| In most cases, Cellcom will stop the subscription while the phone being serviced. If the phone needs to be replaced, we will credit you for the applications or downloads present on your phone at the time of service. When issuing a credit, Cellcom may prorate the amount according to how many days you used the application or ringtone.
