Standard text messaging rates apply to all messages.
*The standard text messaging rate is charged as part of a Quik|TxT text messaging package or currently $.15 per outgoing message for those users without a package or package overage.
**Premium fees can be any amount, but currently limited to $9.99 per transaction. Participation in Premium campaigns requires that a user "double opt-in".
