had this phone for a week and froze up several times, had to do a hard reset for phone wouldn't pick up any signal WiFi or Mobil,if a belt holster is used to carry phone the phone opened programs or made a call when phone was put into holster,no java or flash player available for web browsers even though it is a full HTML phone, touch pro7 phone is the same way with no java or flash support for web browsers, and windows didn't offer any updates for mobile 6.5 any more. so if you want a all around smart phone that does it all get a Motorola Milestone X.

I put up with this phone for a year and it might take that long to express my disappointment. The phone should have been recalled and replaced at no charge under the lemon law.

not a good phone

I got this phone for the pull out keyboard and the bigger screen. I've had this phone for a year now and it has just been driving me crazy for the past couple of months. The "sleep" for the phone to turn the screen on and off; works when it wants to. So you need to make a fast phone call better hope that the phones screen will turn on. It randomly will go to the camera with out touching it. It gets emails now when it wants to. Constantly looses the email to mobile code and has to be reset all the time. Doesnt let me send or recive pic/video messages through text. Has recently stopped letting me email people now. the list goes on. I would NOT recomend this phone for anyone to get.

Do NOT buy this phone. I found out some carriers even pulled it from the shelves it's so bad. It's slow, keeps shutting off, text messaging stops working and you have to turn the phone off and on. I had to get a new one within the 30 day trial, that should have told me something there. BEWARE!

Nice gadget to play with and look at weather. Easy to connect to You Tube. Cannot call a location in which you need to press any numbers to connect to a specific department. When the person anwers, they cannot hear you. After speaking with 4 people one told me I have to turn mute off and on so they can hear me and by then, they have hung up. I was told this is a known unpatchable problem. When I walked into an office, I asked the sales person where the antenna was and he immediately said, "you can return this phone if you want." I have lost confidence in this phone. I can't use the phone in my house due to dropped calls. Older phones always worked (so it isn't my house.) The sales rep also said he will not sell this phone due to problems and suggested another phone for me.

I've had my Touch Pro 2 for a couple of months and just love it. There are a few things that I wish it would do better. The volume on the ear piece does not get loud enough for hearing a caller if you're in a loud room or in a car with an open window. Also its a complicated device. Be prepared to spend a weekend with the owners manual. Overall rating is 9 out of 10. This phone keeps up with my friends iphones and gets better reception the at&t service.

Like a small laptop

The HTC Sense technology makes Windows 6.5 Professional customizable. I love the 3.6 inch touch screen. It makes viewing videos and pictures great with great quality streaming from the web. The QWERTY keyboard is spacey and comfortable. It is not tiny and crunched buttons for the QWERTY keyboard. It is a bit heavy and was disappointed that it only came with a 3.2 MP camera, but other than those minor things. It is a great phone to have and Its a great choice to upgrading to this phone.
