Keeping our Retail Environment Safe
Online shopping is now available to our existing customers who are on any Share or more recent calling or data plan. You can complete the following, safely and conveniently from the comfort of your home.
- Upgrade an existing device and add a new line(s)
- Upgrade a data plan when purchasing or upgrading a device
- Trade in a current device
- Purchase accessories
- Make an additional down payment on a Flex device or pay off an existing Flex balance
For everyone’s safety, Cellcom retail stores are only serving customers through curbside assistance. Please call the location from your car when you arrive, and our sales team will assist you in selecting the products you need. We will deliver your device, accessory and/or contract to your vehicle. During this time, we will not be completing device set-up or data back-up on your old device at store locations. Instructions will be provided, and over-the-phone assistance is available. Beginning June 1st, we will welcome customers back into all of our stores as well as continue to offer curbside assistance.
We ask you not to use curbside assistance if any of the following apply.
- You currently display any symptom(s) of coronavirus
- You’ve visited a COVID-19 area of concern in the past 14 days
- You were potentially exposed to COVID-19
