• A new 36-month Flex Agreement with monthly service required.
  • Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
• Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
  • Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.

  • Free of visible corrosion and water damage.

• New smartphone line activation with monthly service on select rate plans required.
  • Smartphone line must be a new line of service. Upgrades not eligible.
  • Eligible rate plans include the Unlimited Plus, Business Unlimited Plus, Premium Unlimited, and Business Premium Unlimited Plan.
  • Tablets, Basic Phones, Connected Wearables, Mobile Broadband, LTE Cameras, Accessories, or any other type of equipment not eligible.
  • Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days.
