Cellcom can assist with device enrollments for your business, with any Cellcom purchased smart phones or tablets (excluding basic phones). Cellcom is approved to enroll devices on the following Device Enrollment Programs:

Apple Business Manager (ABM)

Apple Business Manager is a web-based portal for IT administrators to deploy Apple devices all from one place. Working seamlessly with your mobile device management (MDM) solution, Apple Business Manager makes it easy to automate device deployment, purchase apps and distribute content, and create Managed Apple IDs for employees.

Get Started

Once your company has been enrolled in Apple Business Manager, provide your Cellcom Business Representative the Apple Business Manager Company ID that Apple has provided you for your business.

Cellcom will then link your Apple Business Manager Company ID with your Cellcom Account and can then enroll Apple devices on your behalf.

All current Apple devices are supported with Apple Business Manager.

Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME)

Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) streamlines the initial setup and enrollment of corporate-owned and employee-owned devices. KME is the recommended tool when an enterprise requires bulk device enrollment with little configuration variance amongst the devices deployed.

Get Started

Once your company has been enrolled in the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME), provide your Cellcom Business Representative with the Samsung Knox Company ID that Samsung has provided you for your business.

Cellcom will then link your Samsung Company ID to your Cellcom devices. Cellcom can link any Cellcom purchased Samsung devices to your Samsung KME account.

All current Samsung devices running the latest version of Samsung Knox are supported.

Android Enterprise Zero-Touch Enrollment

Zero-touch enrollment is a streamlined process for Android devices to be provisioned for enterprise management. On first boot, devices check to see if they've been assigned an enterprise configuration. If so, the device initiates the fully managed device provisioning method and downloads the correct device policy controller app, which then completes setup of the managed device.

Provide your Cellcom Business Representative with the contact information wishing to use with Android Enterprise Zero-Touch Enrollment program. This will be the Users Name and Email Address associate with your business.

Cellcom will then setup the Android Enterprise Zero-Touch account on your behalf for your business using this information. Once the account has been created, Cellcom can then enroll any Cellcom purchased Android devices on your behalf.

Any devices being enrolled in a Device Enrollment Program by Cellcom, will need to be purchased or obtained directly from Cellcom. Any devices not purchased or obtained from Cellcom, will not be eligible for enrollment. Users will need to work with the entity that they originally purchased or acquired the devices from, in order for that organization to enroll them on their behalf.
