Green Bay, Wis. — Cellcom today announced a $10,000 donation to United Way Fox Cities to support the Community Response Fund and assist individuals and families impacted by recent severe flooding across Northeast Wisconsin.

The donation will provide critical resources to communities affected in Shiocton, New London, and throughout Outagamie, Waupaca, Calumet, and Winnebago counties, where flooding has caused significant damage and disruption.

“We care deeply about the communities we serve because they’re our communities too,” said Brighid Riordan, CEO of Cellcom. “In times like these, it’s important to come together and be a force for good to support one another. We hope this contribution helps provide immediate relief and supports long-term recovery efforts for those impacted.”

The Community Response Fund, managed by United Way Fox Cities and Community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region, helps coordinate and distribute resources to meet urgent needs such as housing, food, and recovery assistance.

“Our community has once again stepped up to care for one another, and Cellcom is the perfect example of that,” said Lisa Kogan-Praska, President & CEO of United Way Fox Cities.

“We’re grateful to partner with the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region to launch a Community Response Fund. This flooding has deeply disrupted lives across our region, and generosity like Cellcom’s helps meet urgent needs and support long-term recovery.

Cellcom encourages others to join the recovery effort. Community members who wish to contribute can make a donation or learn more at: https://unitedwayfoxcities.org/flooding/

“Every act of support—big or small—can make a meaningful difference for families working to rebuild,” Riordan added.
