Do I have to be the account owner to refer customers to Cellcom?
How many people can I send my referral code to?
There is no limit for the number of unique referral codes you send out through the myReferrals page. However, you may only receive a maximum of $500 of referral credits within a calendar year.
How will I know if my referral credit has been approved?
You will receive a text message confirming the referral credit has been applied and it will be reflected on your next billing statement or in your account balance for prepaid customers.
Where does my referral credit get applied?
The approved credit will be applied to the account level.
Why can't I view the myReferrals tab under myCellcom account?
Check to see if you are eligible to participate in the myReferrals program. Advance Pay PayGo customers, employee, and business accounts are not eligible to participate in the online referral program. If you are a business customer, please contact your local Cellcom representative to discuss our business referral program.
Available for new customer account activations only. Current customers who upgrade or add a new account/line do not qualify as new customers. Only one referral processed per new Cellcom customer. Current customer code must be generated prior to new customer service start date. Referral must be entered within 30 days of new account being activated. Credit not available for self-referrals and select Advance Pay plans. Employees of Cellcom or authorized agents are not eligible. A referral credit will be applied to the referring and referred customer accounts after the new customer account remains active for a minimum of 30 days. Not redeemable for cash. Credit cannot be applied towards equipment purchases or to accounts having a past due balance. Referral credit will automatically be applied to eligible accounts at the beginning of the account’s next billing cycle or renewal date. Both the new customer and the existing customer receive $50 for a referral to Cellcom.

- To qualify, the existing customer must have generated their unique referral code PRIOR to the new customer activating service.
