How many people can I send my referral code to?
There is no limit to the number of unique referral codes you send out through the myReferrals portal. However, you may only receive a maximum of $1,000 in referral credits within a calendar year.
How will I know if my referral credit has been approved?
You will receive a text message confirming the referral credit has been applied to your account.
Why can't I view the myReferrals tab under my myCellcom account?
Check to see if you are eligible to participate in the myReferral program. Advance Pay PayGo customers, Select Employee, and Lifeline accounts are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
Receive a referral for new customer account activations. Your unique referral code must be generated prior to the new customer service start date. Referral must be entered within 30 days of the new account being activated. Credit not available for self-referrals and Advance Pay customers on PayGo. Select Employees of Cellcom and Authorized Agents are not eligible. Referral credits will be applied to only the referring customer account after the new customer account remains active for a minimum of 30 days. Not redeemable for cash. Credit cannot be applied towards equipment purchases or to accounts having a past due balance. Referral credit will automatically be applied to eligible accounts. Advance Pay customers on Full Replenishment may be moved to Remaining Replenishment for credit to be applied. The maximum referral credit is $1,000 annually.
