Please take a moment to tell us about your experience. Be sure to provide as much information as you can including the Cellcom phone number associated with the issue, as much detail about what happened including date, time of day and the phone number dialed.

What is a rural calling issue?

A calling party makes a call to a number that is local to the rural area and the call does not make it through to the designated party. A call not being completed means the call doesn’t go to voicemail, it just gets dead air or a fast busy.

What is not considered a rural calling issue?

Dropped calls or call quality issues are not considered a rural calling issue. These will require troubleshooting, which should still be directed to our customer service team here.
