6 Months Free:
- New line activation with monthly service on the Unlimited Plus plan required. Customer must bring their own smartphone.
- Tablets, Basic Phones, Connected Wearables, Mobile Broadband, LTE Cameras, Accessories, or any other type of equipment not eligible.
- Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days.
- Any Unlimited Plus plan tier is eligible.
- Maximum discount is $80 per month
- Autopay and Paperless Billing is required.
- The phone must remain active on the line of service to receive the promotional discount.
- If the customer cancels service or upgrades within 36 months of activation, the offer is charged back to their account.
- If the phone is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.
- Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts.
- If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another eligible plan, the discount will adjust to that rate.

- Market transfers, number changes and change of financials are not eligible.
- Advertised prices do not include monthly Flex Installments, taxes, fees, or other charges.

Contract Buyout:
- New line activation and port in from U.S. Cellular required. Must purchase a new phone with a Flex Agreement or Bring Your Own Device.
- Past Cellcom lines must have been deactivated for greater than 60 days to be considered new.
- Account must be in good standing without any outstanding past-due balances to receive credits.
- Credits applied through the Switch and Save program will equal the device installment balance or early termination fee from U.S. Cellular.
- Prepaid services, employees, and accounts requiring a credit deposit are not eligible for this offer.
- Phone must remain active on the line of service for 15 months or credit will be charged back. If the customer cancels a ported line, the credit will be charged back.
- Credit not redeemable for cash or transferable.
Participation requires the submission of a program form along with proof of reimbursement amount per line. Cellcom has the right to request a copy of your original service agreement. All forms must be submitted within 60 days of activation. Reimbursement forms that are counterfeited, mechanically reproduced, altered, or tampered with are void.
