The water tower in the village of Denmark is being painted affecting Cellcom’s cell site located on the tower. This painting project requires Cellcom to remove our antennas and equipment from the water tower. To provide continued wireless service during this project, we have moved our site to a temporary tower (cell site on wheels). The site is shorter than the water tower, which may result in some impact to wireless service, such as less signal in some areas or degraded service.
This water tower maintenance is expected to take between 1 to 2 months to complete. Upon the completion of the project, our cell site will return to the water tower, restoring normal service.
