Device Discount:

• New Lines: New line activation with a 36-month Flex Agreement and monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select Plan receives a device discount up to $830. Unlimited Plus Standard, Basic, and Legacy plans receive a device discount up to $500. All other rate plans receive a $100 device discount.
• Upgrades: New 36-month Flex Agreement and monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select, Standard, Basic, and Legacy plans receive a device discount up to $150. All other customers receive a discount up to $50.
  • Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
• Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts.
  • If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another eligible plan, they will keep their original discount.
• Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
  • Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.
• The device must remain active on the line of service until the Flex Agreement has been completed.
  • If the device is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.

Upgrades Trade-in Discount: 

• New 36-month Flex Agreement and monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select receives a trade-in discount up to $680. Unlimited Plus Standard, Basic and Legacy plans receive a trade-in discount up to $350. All other customers receive a discount up to $50.
  • Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
• Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
  • Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.
• When combined with a device discount offer, the device discount will be applied first, followed by the trade-in discount. Device discounts combined with monthly trade-in discounts cannot exceed the amount of the monthly equipment installment payment.
• Used and clearance devices not eligible.
• Trade-in must be your currently active device, in good working condition.  Good working condition is defined as:
  • Must turn on and off.
  • Screen is free of cracks and functions correctly.
  • Free of visible corrosion and water damage.
  • Free of cracks, dents and not missing any pieces or chunks.
