Contract: No term is required. May choose to accept a contractual term of 12 months. A 12 month term will reduce customer installation price per service and will obligate the customer to contractual obligations including early termination fees.
Any promotional offer requires credit qualification and contract obligation for 12 months.
Termination: Cellcom may terminate the contract and services in the event Customer has an overdue balance for two consecutive months. Customer may terminate the contract prior to the end of the Term by providing written notice to Cellcom accompanied by payment of the applicable early termination fee. See Terms and Conditions.
Internet: Speed based on wired connection. All offers for Internet service list the “up to” maximum speed attainable within the tier purchased. Actual speeds will fluctuate. Subject to geographic availability. Not all Internet tiers are available in all areas. All other equipment and services extra unless included in an offer. $17 off pricing is guaranteed for 12 months. Standard rates apply after 12 months.
TV Services: Cellcom reserves the right to add, remove, and redesign programming at any time. NsightTV may include TV jack with offer. All existing TV jacks must be pre-wired and TV ready. All other equipment and services extra unless included in an offer.
Equipment: All equipment is property of Cellcom and must be returned upon termination of service(s). Failure to return may result in charges to your account. See Terms and Conditions.
Installation: A one-time setup fee(s) associated with the Services shall include the following:
- Testing of existing customer wiring to each of the terminating Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) devices ordered.
- Installation of wiring or equipment to connect to the terminating CPE devices as defined by the Services descriptions as of the date this Agreement is signed.
Customer is required to have Cellcom equipment in order to receive reliable delivery of Services. Installation does not include any other services unless agreed to by both Cellcom and Customer and evidenced in writing. At a mutually agreeable date and time, Cellcom shall install the Services at the Customer’s premises. Additional services requested or required by Customer will be billed at current rates at the time of request.
Customer will provide Cellcom and its subcontractors with reasonable access to your premises in order to install your Service, your Leased Equipment, and your Receiving Equipment; and you authorize any other adult resident or guest at your residence to grant access to your premises for these purposes. Additionally, if you request or contract for repair or replacement service from Cellcom ("Repair Service"), then as part of that request or contract you also grant access to your premises for that purpose. You understand and agree that, as part of any such installation or Repair Service, Cellcom may drill, cut, and otherwise alter improvements on the premises (including walls, flooring, roofs, eves, and/or other surfaces) in order to install, maintain, or repair your Service and your Equipment. If you do not own your premises or your unit is part of a multi-tenant environment (e.g., an apartment building, condominium, or private subdivision), you warrant that you have obtained permission from any necessary party, including, but not limited to, the owner, landlord, or building manager, to allow Cellcom and its subcontractors reasonable access to install your Service and your Equipment, or perform any Repair Service, and to make any alterations that Cellcom deems appropriate for the installation or Repair Service.
