Can I try it out for free?

Yes! We will first validate that your address is in a serviceable area. After you bring the equipment home, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer a 15-day guarantee. Simply return your Nokia FastMile Gateway and your service can be discontinued.

Are there any benefits for having my wireless and internet service both through Cellcom?

Yes! You can get $5 discount when you bundle your Cellcom wireless service with your home internet.

How fast is Cellcom Home Internet?

FWA speed can vary a bit depending on things like signal strength, network traffic, and your location. Most customers typically see speeds in the range of 80-225 Mbps download, with enough performance for streaming, browsing, and everyday use. During busier times, speeds may be a little lower, and at off-peak times, you may see higher speeds. We design the service to give you a consistent, reliable experience rather than a fixed guaranteed speed.

Can Home Internet support gaming?

Yes! Cellcom home internet can support a variety of data-intensive activities like gaming, internet voice and video calling, streaming, work applications and more. 

Do I need to pay for my equipment?

No. There are no additional charges or fees for equipment with exception of the Wi-Fi extenders. 

Outdoor units require professional installation. Since the receiver needs to be installed on the outside/roof of your house or business, professional installation is required and costs $110. Indoor units can also be professionally installed upon request for $110.

Can I take this internet with me when I travel?

No. This service is assigned to specific tower/location to ensure optimal user experience. You cannot take it to different addresses. If you’re interested in traveling with your internet, we’d suggest a Mi-Fi.

Can I use my Lifeline discount on Home Internet?

If you qualify for Lifeline, you can apply your discount. Visit the Lifeline page or Tribal Lifeline for more information.
