How fast is Cellcom Home Internet?

FWA speed can vary a bit depending on things like signal strength, network traffic, and your location. Most customers typically see speeds in the range of 80-225 Mbps download, with enough performance for streaming, browsing, and everyday use. During busier times, speeds may be a little lower, and at off-peak times, you may see higher speeds. We design the service to give you a consistent, reliable experience rather than a fixed guaranteed speed.

Do I need to pay for my equipment?

No. There are no additional charges or fees for equipment with exception of the Wi-Fi extenders.

Outdoor units require professional installation. Since the receiver needs to be installed on the outside/roof of your house or business, professional installation is required and costs $110. Indoor units can also be professionally installed upon request for $110.

Pricing shown includes $5 off per month for internet service when committing to Autopay (checking and savings accounts only, no credit or debit cards) and paperless bill (email confirmation required to be signed up for paperless bill) and $5 off per month when home internet and Cellcom wireless service is bundled.

Wi-Fi service may fluctuate due to many factors, but not limited to square footage of your home or business, materials within your home or business, other devices operating within your home or business.

Cellcom reserves the right, without notice, to change rates and coverage areas that do not adversely impact the consumer. In all other situations, a notice will be given. Rate maps indicate where rates apply and may not depict actual service availability or wireless coverage. Coverage areas depicted are approximate. Geographic terrain, weather conditions, and type of equipment may affect cellular coverage. Wireless service is subject to technological limitations, including capacity and tower availability.

Prices do not include taxes, fees, or other charges. Taxes on monthly access, and equipment, may apply. A line set up fee and early termination fee may apply. If applicable, the early termination fees may be reduced proportionately to the remaining months of the term of the agreement. Universal Service Fund (USF) and regulatory and other recovery fees charged on all service lines. An E911 fee or Police & Fire Protection fee charged on all service lines.
