Bring your number from US Cellular and activate a new line on the Welcome Plan with your own phone to get service starting at $30/mo.  

  • New line activation with monthly service on the Welcome Plan required. Customer must bring their own smartphone. Port in from US Cellular required.  
  • Promotional plan available for Smartphones with the option of adding a Connected Watch.  
  • Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days. 
  • Autopay and Paperless Billing is required. 
  • Single line promotional plan. Multiline discount does not apply.  
  • The phone must remain active on the line of service to receive the promotional pricing. 
  • If the customer cancels service or upgrades the promotional plan will be forfeited. 
  • If the phone is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void. 
  • Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts. 
  • If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another tier on the plan, the discount will adjust to that rate. 
  • Offer valid in store only.  
  • Market transfers, number changes and change of financials are not eligible. 
  • Advertised prices do not include monthly Flex Installments, taxes, fees, or other charges. 
  • Authorization from the Financially Responsible Person (FRP) or Authorized Per Contract (APC) is required to upgrade equipment or add a line of service.  For additional account permission information, click HERE.

Welcome Plan – starting at $30/mo

Save up to $1,000 on all phones in our lineup with a new line on the Unlimited Plus Select plan.

  • New line activation with a 36-month Flex Agreement and monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select plan receives a device discount up to $1,000. Unlimited Plus Standard, Unlimited Plus Basic option, and Grandfathered plans receive a device discount up to $500. Unlimited Plus Starter and Unlimited Lite receive a device discount up to $100.
    • Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
    • Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days.
    • Customers cannot deactivate an existing line from their account within 60 days of the new line added. In other words, activate a new line to replace an upgrade.
  • Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts.
    • If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another eligible plan, they will keep their original discount.
  • Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
    • Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.
  • The device must remain active on the line of service until the Flex Agreement has been completed.
    • If the device is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.
  • Used and clearance devices are not eligible for promotional offers.
  • Negotiated business accounts are not eligible for promotional offers. Please check with a Cellcom Rep to determine eligibility.

  • Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days. 
  • Autopay and Paperless Billing is required. 
  • Used devices not eligible. 
  • The Prepaid Unlimited plan is required. 
  • The phone must remain active on the line of service to receive the promotional pricing. 
  • If the customer cancels service or upgrades the promotional plan will be forfeited.   
  • If the phone is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.
