Where is Cellcom’s coverage area?

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes! A number from anywhere in the United States and any provider – landline or wireless – can be transferred to Cellcom when you make the switch.

Can I keep my current phone?

Yes, if you have a compatible phone, tablet or smartwatch, you can activate it with Cellcom service. Check the compatibility or see a list of compatible devices.

Will Cellcom buyout my contract?

We’ll cover up to $650 per line to switch to Cellcom, including early termination fees, cancellation fees, or device installment balances. Learn more. What plans do you offer?

Are there any requirements for being on the discounted unlimited plan?

To take advantage of the $34.99/month introductory offer, you must reside in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin or Buffalo County and be enrolled in paperless billing and ACH autopay. After the three-month introductory period, the Unlimited Lite plan is $39.99 per month with paperless billing and ACH autopay.

Do you offer prepaid plans?
