Get 1GB of Premium Unlimited Data, Unlimited Talk, and Unlimited Text starting at $19.99/mo.

  • New phone line activation with a Flex Agreement, full retail or “bring your own device” and monthly service on the Eau Unlimited Plan required.
    • Line must be a new line of service. Upgrades not eligible.
    • Customers cannot add an existing line from another account to qualify. Previously activated lines of service must be deactivated for a minimum of 60 days.
  • Customer must have an active billing address in one of the following counties: Chippewa, Eau Claire, Dunn, Pepin, or Buffalo.
  • Pricing includes a $5/line/month autopay and a $5/line/month paperless bill discount.
  • Price will increase by $10/mo after year 1 and $15/mo after year 2.
  • Rate plan includes unlimited talk, text, and 1GB of premium unlimited data. 
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
  • The phone must remain active on the line of service to receive the promotional plan.
    • If the phone is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.
  • Market transfers, number changes and change of financials are not eligible.
  • Advertised prices do not include monthly Flex Installments, taxes, fees, or other charges.

Where is Cellcom’s coverage area?

Cellcom’s plans include nationwide service via our network in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan and partner networks across the country to provide service no matter where life takes you.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes! A number from anywhere in the United States and any provider – landline or wireless – can be transferred to Cellcom when you make the switch.

Can I keep my current phone?

Yes, if you have a compatible phone, tablet or smartwatch, you can activate it with Cellcom service. Check the compatibility or see a list of compatible devices.

What phone brands do you sell?

Will Cellcom buyout my contract?

We’ll cover up to $650 per line to switch to Cellcom, including early termination fees, cancellation fees, or device installment balances. Learn more. While the $34.99 introductory offer is not available if you take advantage of our contract buyout program, the Unlimited Plus Plan, which starts as low as $25 per line, is a great option.

What plans do you offer?

Are there any requirements for being on the discounted unlimited plan?

To take advantage of the $34.99/month introductory offer, you must reside in Eau Claire, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin or Buffalo County and be enrolled in paperless billing and ACH autopay. After the three-month introductory period, the Unlimited Lite plan is $39.99 per month with paperless billing and ACH autopay.

Do you offer prepaid plans?
