Who can participate?

New line port-in purchasing a new phone with a Flex Agreement and trade-in. New or existing accounts can participate. 

What is covered?

Early Termination Fees and Device Installment Balances are eligible for reimbursement. Taxes and other charges are excluded and will not be reimbursed. Only fees associated with a phone are covered.

How can I submit proof?

The following proof of reimbursement will be accepted:

  • A copy of your previous provider bill
    • This can be the final bill or most recent.
  • A screenshot from your previous provider portal
  • A device balance payment receipt
    • Accepted within 30 days of payment.

What if my number cannot be transferred to Cellcom?

If your number cannot be transferred to Cellcom’s network, you can still participate in the Switch and Save Program if the name and/or address on your proof matches your new account.
