If I have at least one line with Flex (devices), does the discounted monthly line charge apply to all the lines on my account or just the lines with Flex?
The discount only applies to those lines with a Flex device (Flex-Accessory does not apply). All other lines on the account will be charged the standard monthly line access charges.
I would like to take part in the Flex program, but I don't need data or unlimited nationwide minutes. Can I stay on my existing service plan and still pay off my device over 24 monthly installments?
To participate in the Flex - Device program, the line of service must subscribe to the Advantage, Share Plus, or Share Unlimited Plan, which requires a data package. Therefore, you will need to change your existing plan to participate in the Flex - Device program.

Cellcom's device/accessory payment plan is called Flex. Flex takes the total sales price of the device/accessory and splits it across monthly installments, to pay for the device over time versus paying for it all at the time of purchase. For devices, customers can choose either a 30 month or 24 month payment plan. Accessory payment plan is 12 months. The monthly payments for devices and/or accessories are added to your monthly bill.
