• New line activation with a 36-month Flex Agreement and monthly service required. Unlimited Plus Select Plan receives a device discount up to $1,100. Unlimited Plus Standard, Basic, and Legacy plans receive a device discount up to $500. All other rate plans receive a $100 device discount.
  • Full advertised credits are reflective of a 36-month Flex Agreement. A 24-month Flex Agreement is not eligible, and the offer would be forfeited.
• Making modifications to monthly service may forfeit promotional discounts.
  • If a customer moves to a plan that is not eligible for this offer, they will lose their original discount. However, if a customer moves to another eligible plan, they will keep their original discount.
• Promotional credits are applied monthly for the term of the Flex Agreement or until the equipment balance is paid in full.
  • Customer forfeits the offer if the device is upgraded or paid in full prior to the term of the Flex Agreement.
• The device must remain active on the line of service until the Flex Agreement has been completed.
  • If the device is damaged, lost or stolen before the line is eligible to upgrade, the promotional discount may be void.
• Used and clearance devices are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Negotiated business accounts are not eligible for promotional offers. Please check with a Cellcom Rep to determine eligibility.
• Authorization from the Financially Responsible Person (FRP) or Authorized Per Contract (APC) is required to upgrade equipment or add a line of service. For additional account permission information, click here.
